Growing up in Germany to a Persian dad and half German, half Spanish mum, my taste buds were lucky to experience three very different cuisines containing very different ingredients. From an early age, I helped my grandmothers, parents and aunties out in the kitchen and learned how to prepare traditional dishes. Now living in London, I constantly get inspired by the endless culinary variety that restaurants from all over the world have to offer.
