Bounty Balls

With only 3 ingredients and in a few steps you can make these delicious bounty balls. When I made them for the first time, I couldn’t believe how much they tasted like the original. They are super juicy on the inside and keep well in the fridge if you store them in an airtight container.

Ingredients
For 30 balls
Preparation Time: 15 minutes + 30 minutes freezing time

  • 400 ml condensed milk

  • 200 g desiccated coconut

  • 200 g dark chocolate

Method

  1. Mix 400 ml condensed milk and 200 g desiccated coconut well together in a bowl until evenly combined.

  2. Form little balls with your hands. Depending on the size, you should be able to get out 30-35 balls.

  3. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Melt 200 g dark chocolate (in the microwave or a small saucepan on a low heat whilst stirring). Use a skewer to dip each ball into the chocolate and sprinkle with some extra coconut as long as the chocolate is liquid.

  5. Store the bounty balls in an air-tight container in the fridge so they stay nice and juicy.

Enjoy!
