Detox Smoothie

๐ฅ Cucumber: Low in calories and high in hydration, it helps detoxify your body.
๐ฅฌ Spinach: Loaded with iron and vitamins, it's great for skin and bone health.
๐ฟ Parsley: Full of antioxidants and vitamins, it aids in detoxification.
๐ซ Blueberries: Packed with antioxidants, they improve brain health and fight inflammation.
๐ Lemon: High in vitamin C, it boosts your immune system and aids digestion.
๐ซ Ginger: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, it helps in digestion and adds a spicy kick.
Ingredients
1 pineapple (400 g pineapple)
660 ml coconut water
half a cucumber
2 sticks of celery
handful of spinach
handful of parsley
70 g blueberries
1 lemon
1 tbsp ginger
5 ice cubes
Method
For 3 smoothies
Prepare the Pineapple:
Remove the skin and stalk of 1 pineapple.
Cut the flesh into smaller pieces and add them to a blender.
Add Coconut Water:
Pour 660 ml of coconut water into the blender with the pineapple.
Wash and Add Vegetables and Berries:
Wash 2 celery sticks, a handful of spinach, a handful of parsley, and 70 g of blueberries under cold running water.
Add them all to the blender.
Prepare the Cucumber and Ginger:
Peel 1/2 cucumber and cut it into smaller chunks. Add them to the blender.
Peel a piece of ginger and grate about 1 tablespoon into the blender.
Blend the Ingredients:
Add 5 ice cubes to the blender.
Blend until a smooth juice forms. If the smoothie is too thick, gradually add cold water until the desired consistency is achieved.
