Papaya & Pineapple Granola Yoghurt Bowl
This Papaya & Pineapple Granola Yogurt Bowl is a quick & easy, tropical breakfast idea. The Greek yogurt is served in a papaya half, making it not only a delicious treat but also a fun and unique way to serve yogurt on a breakfast or brunch table.

Ingredients
Serves 2
1/2 papaya
1/2 pineapple
100g homemade crunchy granola (or other granola)
200 g Greek Yoghurt
honey
Method:
Cut the papaya in half and remove the seeds. (Tip: Swallowing whole papaya seeds can serve as a natural remedy against parasites.)
Carefully scoop out the papaya flesh, keeping the skin intact to use as a serving bowl.
Cut the 1/2 papaya and 1/2 pineapple into bite-sized cubes.
Assemble the Bowl by filling the papaya half with 200g Greek yogurt. Top with the fruit cubes and 100g crunchy granola. Drizzle with honey to taste.
