Caramelized Peach with Greek Yogurt & Granola

Peaches are on of my favourite summer fruits! When I stumbled over these juicy, ripe peaches in Buenos Aires, I knew I had to turn them into something great. I caramelized them and then paired them with creamy Greek yogurt and a crunchy granola topping. It’s the perfect combo for a healthy breakfast or a light, delicious dessert. I used my homemade Crunchy Granola here.
