Protein Breakfast Bowl
For all my workout girls and boys out there: This SKYR protein bowl is a tasty alternative way of integrating protein powder into your diet if you are getting bored of shakes. I love drizzling a little bit of melted dark chocolate on top. Once it has hardened, smash it and mix it under the yoghurt for some extra texture. Make sure to use +75% dark chocolate as the banana adds enough natural sugar.
Ingredients
For one serving
250 g SKYR yoghurt
1 scoop WHEY chocolate protein powder (25g)
1.5 bananas
1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
15 g dark chocolate (+75% cocoa)
1 tbsp peanuts
1 tbsp raspberries
Method
Use a fork to mash up 1 banana. Cut the other 1/2 banana into slices.
Use a hand mixer to combine 250 g SKYR, 25 g protein powder and the mashed banana. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Melt 15 g dark chocolate. Cover the yoghurt with the chocolate. Add the sliced banana along with 1 tbsp peanuts, and 1 tbsp raspberries.
Place the bowl in the fridge for 5 minutes so the chocolate hardens.
