Ingredients
For 2 portions

  • 80 g oats (⅔ cup)

  • 180 ml oat milk (¾ cup)

  • 1 banana

  • 50 g frozen berries (about ⅓ cup)

  • 2 tbsp runny honey

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 50 g dark chocolate (about 1.75 oz)

  • 2 jam/glass jars

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash 1 banana with a fork until smooth. Add 80 g oats, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, and 180 ml oat milk. The texture should be slightly runnier than porridge. Adjust with more oats for a firmer texture or more milk for a runnier texture if needed.

  3. Add 50 g defrosted berries to a small bowl and combine with 2 tbsp runny honey.

  4. Layer the oat mixture alternating with the berries. Finishing a layer of berries.

  5. Place the jars on the middle oven rack and bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Once baked, melt 50g dark chocolate and cover the top berry layer. Allow the oats to cool down, then place in the fridge for the chocolate top to harden.

Enjoy!
