Ingredients
For 2 servings
(Per serving: 550 kcal, 30g protein)

  • 90 g oats

  • 1 banana

  • 35 g chocolate protein powder (or flavour of your choice)

  • 3 tbsp peanuts

  • 2 large tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tsp cacao powder

  • 220 ml oat milk

  • 20 g dark chocolate

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix 70 g oats, 35 g protein powder, 3 tbsp peanuts, 1 tsp cacao powder, and 220 ml oat milk. The texture should be creamy but not runny, nor dry. Adjust with milk or oats if needed.

  2. Split the oats between two small jars and place in the fridge over night (or until the texture is not runny anymore).

  3. Spread one tbsp of peanut butter over each oat portion. Place 20 g dark chocolate along with 1 tsp coconut in a small bowl and melt in the microwave or in a water bath, stirring throughout the process to make sure the chocolate does not burn.

  4. Cover the top of each oat portion with melted chocolate. Place the oats in the freezer for a few minutes for the chocolate to harden.

Enjoy!
