High-Protein Double Choc Overnight Oats

If you're looking for a quick, high-protein breakfast or sweet treat with less than 300 kcal and 20g protein, and you happen to love chocolate just as much as myself, then you need to make these Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats! All you need are four ingredients: Oat flour, protein powder, oat milk (or any milk of your choice), aaaand for the best part: Dark chocolate which will create a hard chocolate top. Prep them the night before, and you’ll wake up to a ready-to-eat, nutrient-packed meal that keeps you full for hours.

Ingredients
For 2 portions
(per serving: 300 kcal, 20 g protein)

  • 70 g oat flour (3/4 cup)

  • 35 g chocolate protein powder (1 cup)

  • 200 ml oat milk (2/3 cup)

  • 20 g chopped dark chocolate (0.7 oz)

  • 2 jam/glass jars

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix 70 g oat flour, 35 g protein powder, and 200 ml oat milk. The texture should be creamy, adjust with more milk or oat flour if needed.

  2. Split mixture between two jars and refrigerate over night.

  3. Melt 20 g dark chocolate and spread evenly over oats. Let harden by placing the jars back in the fridge or shortly into the freezer.

Enjoy!
