Tropical Mango-Passion Fruit Overnight Oats

Start your day with a refreshing and protein-packed Tropical Mango & Passion Fruit Overnight Oats! This creamy Greek yogurt parfait is layered with sweet mango purée and tangy passion fruit for a satisfying breakfast that feels like a tropical getaway. Prep it the night before, and wake up to a delicious, ready-to-eat meal that’s perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients
For 2 portions
(per serving: 300 kcal, 20 g protein)

  • 500g (½ cup) Greek yoghurt

  • 50g (½ cup) oats

  • 1 mango

  • 1 large or 2 small passion fruits

  • drizzle maple syrup

  • 2 jam/glass jars

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix 100g Greek yogurt, 50g oats, and a drizzle of maple syrup.

  2. Blend or mash 1 mango into a purée.

  3. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp and set aside.

  4. In each jar, layer the ingredients twice in this order:

    • Greek yogurt

    • Mango purée

    • Passion fruit

  5. Seal and refrigerate overnight.

Enjoy chilled in the morning!
