Ingredients
For 2 portions
(per serving: 300 kcal, 20 g protein)
500g (½ cup) Greek yoghurt
50g (½ cup) oats
1 mango
1 large or 2 small passion fruits
drizzle maple syrup
2 jam/glass jars
Method
In a small bowl, mix 100g Greek yogurt, 50g oats, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Blend or mash 1 mango into a purée.
Scoop out the passion fruit pulp and set aside.
In each jar, layer the ingredients twice in this order:
Greek yogurt
Mango purée
Passion fruit
Seal and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy chilled in the morning!
